Ariel Atkins is a professional basketball player for the Washington Mystics of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA).

The WNBA world champion (2019, Mystics), 3-time defensive team and all rookie team honoree, was born in Dallas, Texas, where she starred for Duncanville HS and was a McDonald’s, WBCA and Parade Magazine All-American and later the University of Texas at Austin (Longhorns) who she led to the Elite Eight and three Sweet Sixteens.
