Before serving as CEO of CSW-USA (Christian Solidarity Worldwide), the Oxford, Mississippi native served as a campus minister at Princeton University and at University Reformed Church in East Lansing, Michigan. She is on the executive leadership team of the @ANDCampaign and her writing has been published in the anthology His Testimonies, My Heritage: Women of Color on the Word of God and the AND Campaign’s publication A New Narrative on Abortion: Pro-Woman and Pro-Child. Ms Porter graduated from University of Mississippi, where she studied Public Policy, Sociology, and Religion to earn a BA in Liberal Studies. She completed her M.A. in Theological Studies with an emphasis in Religion and Society from Princeton Theological Seminary.
